By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the GTR88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

GTR88 strictly requires that all registered Players are at least 21 years of age the time of registration and at all times thereafter. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the GTR88 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GTR88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts upon discovery.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and must keep all account details current. GTR88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any account information at any time. Providing false information during registration constitutes fraud and may result in account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal liability for the User.
GTR88 does not knowingly provide services to individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether accessing and using GTR88's services is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.
All Players are required to complete GTR88's KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address and payment method verification. GTR88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
The registered Account holder bears sole responsibility for all activity conducted through their GTR88 Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. This applies regardless of whether the activity was carried out by the account holder personally or by a third party with or without the account holder's knowledge or consent.
Players must maintain the strict confidentiality of their username and password at all times. GTR88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any Player who suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation must notify GTR88 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Accounts are strictly personal. Players are prohibited from sharing their account access with any other person. Any suspected account sharing may result in suspension pending investigation, and GTR88 reserves the right to close Account and withold funds pending clarification.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by Player VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account.
Deposits are processed in real time for most supported Malaysian payment methods. GTR88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. GTR88 accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account or card used. GTR88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits.

GTR88 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available by GTR88 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is communicated at the time each bonus is offered or claimed.
Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise. For example, a bonus of RM 100 with a 10x wagering requirement requiresRM 1,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted on the bonus-derived funds.
Welcome bonuses and other first-time player promotions are available once per Player, household, IP address, and device. GTR88 reserves the right to decline bonus applications where abuse of this rule is identified.
GTR88 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of bonuses across multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies involving bonus funds, and collusion with other Players.
Where bonus abuse is identified, GTR88 reserves the right to void relevant bonus, remove associated winings, and close the Player's Account.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of offer will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. GTR88 is not obligated to provide compensation for expired bonus funds.
All bets and wagers are accepted at GTR88's sole discretion. GTR88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time and without prior notice, including in circumstances where: the bet constitutes a technical error in pricing; the outcome of the event is already determined at the time of placement; or the bet forms part of a pattern of syndicated or arbitrage activity.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and gaming products. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and Player account status. GTR88 reserves the right to apply individualised stake limits to specific accounts.
In the event of a disputed outcome or technical fault during a live game or sporting event, GTR88's decision — made in accordance with the relevant product's specific rules and in consultation with event data providers where applicable — shall be final and binding.
GTR88 is not responsible for bets lost or game sessions interrupted due to connectivity failure on the Player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-hand in a live casino game, the outcome will be determined by GTR88's system records and live studio data, which shall be conclusive.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the GTR88 platform:
All content on the GTR88 platform — including but not limited to the GTR88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of GTR88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without GTR88's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTR88 shall not be liable to any Player for:
GTR88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GTR88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling; persistent abuse of promotional offers; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; or inactivity for a continuous period exceding 12 months.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting GTR88 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and fraud checks.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. GTR88 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying any inactivity policy. Any dormant Account balance will be retained and returned to the Player upon a verified request for Account reactivation.
GTR88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, GTR88 will provide notice to affected Players via email, on-platform notification, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the GTR88 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to revised Terms are entitled to close their Account and withdraw any eligible balance in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of GTR88's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from seeking injunctive or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
For Players in Malaysia: Malaysian courts shall not have primary jurisdiction over disputes relating to the GTR88 gambling services. This does not affect any consumer protection rights that may apply under Malaysian law.
